My Journey to Better Care

I’ve been in nursing since 2012 and became a nurse practitioner in 2019, always with the goal of making a real difference in people’s daily health. Over the years, I grew frustrated with how healthcare was set up—patients rushed through short visits, providers pressured to see as many people as possible, and real conversations about health often left unfinished. That’s not the kind of care I believe in.

I wanted to create a space where patients aren’t just a number on a schedule, but where we can actually take the time to listen, explain, and treat the whole person—not just the clock.

That’s why I started Holloway Health. Here, I can finally practice medicine the way I’ve always wanted to—by offering longer visits, direct access, and personalized care without the barriers of insurance. My focus on allergy testing and treatment grew from seeing how often people suffered without real options, but my commitment goes beyond that: it’s about making healthcare compassionate, accessible, and centered on what actually helps.
